Original Tax Credit Program:
For students whose family income meets the economic eligibility requirements established under the National School Lunch and Child Nutrition Acts for free or reduced-price lunches (family income up to 185% of poverty level):

  • Amount of original scholarships paid: $2,304,693
  • Amount as a percentage of total original scholarships paid: 28%


For students whose family income meets the economic eligibility requirements established under the National School Lunch and Child Nutrition Acts for free or reduced-price lunches but does not exceed 185% of the eligibility requirements of those acts (family income from 185% to 342.5% of poverty level):

  • Amount of original scholarships paid: $4,404,594
  • Amount as a percentage of total original scholarships paid: 52%

Switcher Tax Credit Program:
For students whose family income meets the economic eligibility requirements established under the National School Lunch and Child Nutrition Acts for free or reduced-price lunches (family income up to 185% of poverty level):

  • Amount of switcher scholarships paid: $1,804,710
  • Amount as a percentage of total switcher scholarships paid: 24%


For students whose family income meets the economic eligibility requirements established under the National School Lunch and Child Nutrition Acts for free or reduced-price lunches but does not exceed 185% of the eligibility requirements of those acts (family income from 185% to 342.5% of poverty level):
