Catholic Education Arizona provides critical scholarships for underserved students to change lives, serve society, and transform culture. Meet Joel Boucher, Director of Development for the philanthropic division, Changing Lives with Legacy.

Joel is a firm believer in the impact of a quality, Catholic education. “When a child has access to an affordable Catholic education, the benefits ripple through their family,” Joel said, “Parents often express immense gratitude, knowing their children are in an environment nurturing both academic excellence and spiritual growth.”

“Many families assume Catholic education is out of reach and never pursue it,” he shared. “Making Catholic education affordable and accessible to underserved families opens doors for children and teens.”

As Director of Development for Changing Lives with Legacy, Joel plays an important role in helping our generous donors fund scholarships for underserved, disabled, and foster students through traditional donations and planned gifts.

There are many ways to give beyond tax credits. Changing Lives with Legacy accepts charitable donations and planned gifts such as IRA Charitable Rollovers, bequests, gifts of stock, Donor Advised Fund grants, and more.
