PHOENIX, AZ. (October 18, 2024) – Catholic Education Arizona, the state’s largest Catholic School Tuition Organization, proudly announces the appointment of Joel Boucher as Director of Development for its Changing Lives with Legacy division. This non-tax credit division focuses on donations, planned gifts, and legacy giving that transform the lives of underserved children.

Joel brings fundraising expertise from his previous roles at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, Angel View in Palm Springs, California, and Rise Against Hunger. As Director of Development for Catholic Education Arizona, Joel helps expand the new donations and planned gifts division, Changing Lives with Legacy.

Changing Lives with Legacy accepts charitable donations and planned gifts to fund scholarship assistance beyond what Arizona Tax Credits can cover. Gift types accepted include cash donations and planned gifts such as IRA Charitable Rollovers, bequests, gifts of stock, and more.
