I have been with CEA for 3 months. My title is Corporate Manager. My primary role is to identify Arizona businesses with state tax liability and are willing to use it to make a difference in the lives of students in our Catholic schools through the low income and disabled/displaced corporate tax credits.
I am a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Community. My son, Xander, is a Sophomore at St. John Paul II Catholic High School.
Personal Background
I was born in northeastern Ohio but grew up just outside of Columbus. I am an avid pro football and basketball fan. I would be over the moon to see the Cleveland Browns in a playoff game again sometime in my lifetime. #believeland
I received a B.A. in Communication from Otterbein University where I was a part of the debate team, a member of Tau Epsilon Mu social sorority and Pi Kappa Delta National Forensics Honor Society. I worked for a 20,000 seat amphitheater as a grassroots marketing rep. I pounded the pavement with posters, flyers and a staple gun before social media channels existed. That part time gig led to an extraordinary career in live music marketing and sponsorship. I landed in Arizona in 2005. In 2008, an opportunity with Gannett led me into media sales. In that role, I worked with all the sports, arts and entertainment organizations in the valley for almost 8 years. Prior to joining the team at CEA, I worked at the Phoenix Business Journal where I honed my B2B partnership skills.
What role does your faith play in your life?
Throughout my life, I have been placed where I need to be. I may not understand why things happen at the time, but it always comes into focus. I believe in God’s plan for my life and I trust His path.
