Authenticity is a word not spoken frequently in everyday language yet is something I am noticing more now than ever before as we all navigate our way through this period of uncertainty and uneasiness as a result of the pandemic we are surviving. If we look, we can see people living their authentic lives, being their authentic selves, and practicing tolerance, respect and community. As we begin the task of gradual return to normalcy, I look forward to the continuance of positivity and patience. 😊
The alternative working conditions have not slowed the team down at CEA. In fact, May has been a very busy time for us, as we have completed or are completing the following projects:
- 2nd Thank You Post Card project to thousands of Individual Tax Credit Contributors
- FAIR Application deadline extended for families in need of tuition assistance
- Kicked off our Corporate Tax Credit Season with phone calls, hand-written notes, and emails to corporations that want to invest in the future of Arizona’s children!
- Launched our Corporate and CPA Corporate Newsletters
- Completed Corporate Animated Videos in English and Spanish
- Early creation of customized marketing material for our schools for the new school year
- Adjusted award timeline for early notification of scholarship to assist our schools and families in cooperation with FAIR
- Recorded our first PODCAST to add to our Media Gallery, with more to follow!
- Worked with our schools to complete their year-end reconciliations of funds
- Our TV spot aired during April and into May before the Diocesan televised Mass, and videos aired with many of our parishes’ live streaming efforts
- Will host our first Corporate Tax Credit Webinar in early June
And that’s not all! We completed our move to our new office space during this time and are now alternating between remote and office work. Stop by and see us at our new address:

I wish all of our schools, families, and contributors a wonderful summer, and as always, stay healthy and COOL!
