Catholic Education Arizona is thrilled to welcome Ashleigh Hansen to our Dream Team as Executive Assistant! With her warm spirit and heart for service, Ashleigh brings a blend of professional excellence and personal passion to our mission of helping underserved children access quality Catholic education.

Ashleigh is a proud graduate of Northern Arizona University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Minor in International Studies. She made history as the first in her family to achieve a college degree.
Before the Dream Team
Before joining the Dream Team in July 2025, Ashleigh worked as a Legal Assistant at Colburn Hintze Maletta, PLLC, where she supported attorneys and legal paraprofessionals in the Family Law Department. She also served at the Arizona Supreme Court in the Certification and Licensing Division as an Administrative Assistant and Committees Specialist. She also served as the Division’s representative for the Court’s Employee Advisory Group in which she helped organize employee events and lead outreach efforts such as food drives and volunteer opportunities. Ashleigh’s professional path is marked by service, advocacy, and a desire to make a difference, qualities that align beautifully with our mission.
Although she has moved several times throughout her life and even lived overseas, Ashleigh has called Phoenix home for the past seven years. She is passionate about her faith and feels deeply honored to contribute to a cause so close to her heart. “I work at Catholic Education Arizona because every child, regardless of economic, societal, and cultural background, deserves the opportunity to attend a Catholic School,” she shared.
Outside of the office, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, volunteering, and ice skating. She’s a loyal sports fan with a soft spot for the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves, and Falcons. But her favorite title of all? Aunt to her energetic nephew!
