Frank Stubbs, Saint Thomas the Apostle ’92, Saint Mary’s High School ‘96
Background: “The Stubbs Family is a 3rd generation Harley-Davidson Dealer. My father started the dealership in Phoenix in 1966. After I graduated from University of San Diego (also a Catholic school) in 2000 I pretty much took over the daily operations along with my brother Jack. He also graduated from St. Thomas and St. Mary’s. My background is now Management, Sales and Sales training, Finance, Operations, Administration and Marketing.”
What impact did Catholic schools have on you? “I believe Catholic schools taught me discipline, commitment, hard work, respect for others, the importance of good friendship, leadership and self-worth. I believe all of these things have contributed to the successes I’ve had as an adult.”
Accomplishments: “Graduated from USD with Honors and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. We expanded our original dealership to 50,000 square feet in 2005 which boasts the largest motorcycle museum in the Southwest and have since added two additional locations in Anthem and Cave Creek. We assist our Harley Owner’s Group Chapter each year in raising $10,000 – $15,000 for the Arizona Children’s Burn Camp in Prescott, AZ. I have a beautiful wife and two amazing Children ages 11 and 9.”
Future plans: “I plan to continue to grow the sport of Motorcycling. We train about 30 new riders each month at our training facility. I would like to continue to purchase more Harley-Davidson Dealerships in Arizona and the Southwest.”
