Did you know August is Make-a-Will Month? Now is the perfect time to ensure your loved ones are cared for, and your values live on. This month, we encourage our community to consider how a thoughtfully prepared will can be a powerful tool for stewardship and giving.

Creating a will or a bequest gives you the power to determine your legacy. A will ensures your family’s needs are covered and supports the causes that have touched your heart throughout your life. 

How to Get Started:

  1. Create your will. To create your will, engage with an attorney or financial advisor to ensure your will is legally sound and effectively communicates your wishes.
  1. Already have a will? If you already have a will and would like to leave a legacy of helping students access their dream education, we would love to speak with you. You can call our office by calling (602) 218-6542 or emailing legacy@ceaz.org. Our Changing Lives with Legacy website offers resources, such as:

    3. Sample Beneficiary Designation
  1. Already named Catholic Education Arizona in your will? If you have already named Catholic Education Arizona as a beneficiary of your estate, please let us know so that we can make sure your legacy intentions are fulfilled and recognized by our team. You can fill out our Gift Notification Form on our Changing Lives with Legacy website.
